I wrote this book after I found myself travelling more often for work and pleasure. As I saw new places around the British Isles and Ireland, I found myself forming stories that could only be located in these places. ‘Fanatic' could only be set on the London's Caledonian Road, where rock bands hang out in every pub (only tourists think they'll meet famous people in Camden). While, ‘Make me thankful' had to be located at Stonehenge, a site full of Pagan history.

I wrote Erotic Brits because I wanted a great opportunity to share stories based here. The majority of erotic fiction I've read is set in the U.S, with Canada occasionally getting a mention. I wanted to showcase something different. The world is a big place, and what I've seen of it is quite small, but it's broader and more diverse than many may think.

I'm hoping that lovers of smut all over the world will read Erotic Brits. It may be a grandiose idea, but a gal can dream. This collection is not your usual travel writing, but one I hope that will make non-Brits want to visit. I also want people within the U.K and Ireland to read and recognise the locations, the characters and the hot sex that can be enjoyed here. I hope you see something of yourselves.

The eighteen stories took eighteen months to write. I have some good friends who helped with the research, who answered my questions like, ‘What's the body of water on Brighton's coast?' I asked another friend, ‘Can you cane someone with a conductor's baton?' The answer is, ‘Yes, but not for long before it would break.'

Erotic Brits is out now.
